An ELI (Energy Leadership™ Index) assessment is a research-backed assessment that provides insights into how you show up in various aspects of your life. This will establish the direction of your coaching by determining how you currently perceive and approach work and life.
Power Coaching is done on an as need basis when life has brought you a situation that needs to be addressed immediately. While these coaching sessions can be scheduled on an hourly basis, regular coaching packages are recommended for the most optimal results.
